Process Management

Qualica's Control Plan provides a framework for Process Management based on AIAG (Automotive International Action Group) and earlier PFQ (Planning For Quality) approaches. A Process Characteristics Matrix is used to map required Design Parameters to Process Steps and to prioritize Process Steps. Next Failure Modes, Effects and Causes are identified in a Process FMEA. Then a Control Plan is developed documenting the appropriate process control strategies to ensure requirements are met:
