When purchasing Academic License products online, we need the full name, address and contact information of the educational institution (and institute, if applicable). Please forward this information to Qualica Software. Your order can only be processed after receiving this information.

Student's Licenses are exclusively available from our online store:

Important: When purchasing Student's License products, you are required to provide a proof of student enrollment or employment from the Educational Institution. Please forward a copy of this document Qualica Software by email or fax. Your order can only be processed after receiving this document.

Proof of enrollment must either be a copy of an official photo identification card from the Education Institution or an official documentation from the Educational Institution's registration office verifying that you (the individual purchasing Academic License products) are matriculating student at the institution at the time of purchase. If the official identification card does not include a photograph of the student, the copy of the identification card must be accompanied by a second source photo identification.

Academic License and Classroom License products ("Academic License products") are available for qualified educational institutions and higher education institutions, faculty, and staff.

Educational institutions are defined as education institutions or higher education institutions organized and operated exclusively for purpose of teaching its matriculating students. An accredited institution must meet all of the following criteria: (i) organized and operated exclusively for purpose of teaching its matriculating education students; and (ii) institutionally accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by its respective government. Non-accredited Schools, Training Centers, Churches, Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, and Research Laboratories that do not meet the qualifications above are not eligible for Academic License products. Qualica Software shall resolve any issues relating to the eligibility of customers to purchase Academic License product at its sole discretion.

Student's Licenses are available to full and part time matriculated students and staff of higher education institutions (accredited public and private colleges and universities).

Student's License products are licensed for personal, home use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. File formats created by Student's License products may be incompatible with commercial edition file formats. Student's License products are one-year subscriptions and cannot be updated. This means you will get all updates for one year. After that year, if you want to continue receiving updates, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
